In the rubric "Personal experience" the editorial board of Rambler publishes useful advice from our readers. We suggest discussing the effectiveness of the council in the comments.
Previously, I could not imagine my nails without a layer of colored varnish on them, but now most often I only use transparent, and all my friends ask me where I made such a perfect jacket. Of course, I have nothing to hide from my friends, and I willingly share my little secret with them, but, apparently, because of its simplicity, no one really believes in it, and I am considered genetically gifted. But I don't mind.
And the secret is simple - a couple of times a week I smear my nails with toothpaste and gently brush with a toothbrush. For these purposes, it is best to purchase a baby brush with the softest bristles so as not to injure the cuticle and nail bed. After processing, I smear the nails with my favorite oil and gently push the cuticle aside with a wooden stick. In the morning, it remains only to lightly walk along the nails with a file and apply transparent varnish. The toothpaste perfectly whitens the nail plate - it looks as if they did a French manicure in the salon, but it costs a penny.
