State Duma deputy, leader of the LDPR faction Vladimir Zhirinovsky called for a total ban on "trash streams". He responded with a corresponding initiative in his Telegram channel on Friday, December 4, to the stream of a Russian blogger with a dead girlfriend.
“A well-known case the other day - a girl was frozen to death in the street. This is a screaming story. She did not just accidentally die, but all this was done in a deliberate, demonstrative form, all on air, with sucking on the details,”the politician wrote.
According to Zhirinovsky, in case of establishing the fact of violence or public deliberate bullying, the organizers of the streams should receive real prison terms.
On December 2, 30-year-old streamer Stanislav Reshetnikov (Reeflay) launched a live stream on YouTube video hosting with a dead girlfriend. The 27-year-old girl first lay unconscious on the floor in his apartment in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region, then he decided to move her to the sofa. The blogger tried to bring the girl to her senses, but after several unsuccessful attempts he called an ambulance.
The forensic experts found that the victim had a closed head injury, multiple bruises, and a hematoma on her face. The media reported about the possible pregnancy of the girl, but this was not confirmed. During live broadcasts, Reshetnikov periodically mocked his girlfriend: in particular, he poured pepper on his face.
Earlier, the network condemned the Russian blogger of Belarusian origin Andrei Mellstroy Burim. On October 19, he smashed the face of the guest of the stream, Alena Efremova, on the air. The man hit her head on the table several times.
