The 35-year-old plastic lover complained of hard bumps on his face. Their cause was fibrosis - the proliferation of connective tissue as a result of chronic inflammation. In addition, 200 threads were found under the skin of his face, apparently remaining after an unsuccessful cosmetic procedure.

The plastic surgeon Alves turned to for a face and lip lift took five hours to extract the threads. In addition, he removed five centimeters of skin from his face.

In the near future, the Brazilian will lie under the knife again to reshape his chin and nose. “They will finally replace the implant in the chin with a rhombic one, with which my face will appear smaller, and they will do the 11th rhinoplasty, for which they will take the cartilage from the rib,” he explained. "My nasal specialist, Dr. Shahriar Ilkhani, promises that he will be able to solve my breathing problems, and the risk comes down to necrosis of the skin on the nose."

Since 2004, the Brazilian has undergone 48 plastic surgeries. Among other things, he installed an implant that mimics cubes on the press, did liposuction and Botox injections. In 2016, a man was admitted to hospital due to necrosis caused by an unsuccessful nose reshaping operation. After the incident, he vowed to no longer resort to plastic surgery and insured his body for a million pounds, but a year later he took up his old one again.

In 2018, it was reported that Alves ran into problems at passport control at the airport due to his changed appearance. When he flew to the UK, a passport control official said he saw no similarity between his face and the photograph on the documents.
