Nadezhda Granovskaya, who has always been a surprisingly fragile girl, despite her “branded” appetizing forms, told 7days.ru about how she manages to maintain her perfect shape and why she hardly got better when she was pregnant.
“When I went to give birth to my son Igor 15 years ago, I weighed 56 kilograms,” says the singer. “I don’t even know how this is possible. At the same time, of course, I ate normally. Maybe because I was 19 years old and my metabolism was well developed. Honestly, in my family, no one is inclined to be overweight. So, being a pregnant son, I gained 4 kilograms, which is, in fact, the weight of a child. And with my daughters, Anya and Mariyskaya, yes, I was gaining 7-12 kilograms. I have always categorically refused epidural anesthesia, that is, when you give birth, it's stressful, and you have no time for food. I kept myself in check.
Although, in fact, I allow myself sweet, spicy, high-calorie, and sometimes fried. But above all, I listen to my body. I know for sure that I cannot eat a lot, but a little bit. This is not my story. My story is to always be passionate about something, and, by the way, to have a snack. I psychologically always set myself up for this.
I always listen to my feelings, I certainly have no problems with being overweight. I try to drink plenty of fluids in the morning. I specially bought a 1-liter thermos, pour warm water with lemon into it and take it with me."
