The snow that had not been removed from the streets of the city began to melt abruptly, and the sidewalks turned into a real obstacle course, where puddles, ice and dumps left after cleaning the roadway alternate to the delight of the townspeople. If the residents of the private sector of Kursk had to appreciate the delights of fighting the water that rushed into their homes at night or in the morning, the rest of the townspeople assessed the situation already on their way to work. Gradually, the Internet is filled with photos of sidewalks that have suddenly become unsafe, as well as complaints about drivers who do not slow down in front of puddles.
Residents of the regional center can only hope that all this is temporary and that if the weather is warm, the main snow will melt quickly. Considering that forecasters forecast a slight minus for the coming days, perhaps at night, these hopes are probably destined to come true. However, the question of how to move around until then, as well as whether it is worth waiting for at least some processing of sidewalks from ice, still remains open.
