Moisturizing mist Hydra Beauty Essence Mist, Chanel

Tested by BeautyHack Editor-in-Chief Karina Andreeva

For me this year in Moscow, the heat is felt as something abnormal - the Weather program on the iPhone desperately shows +28 every day (which feels like all 40), stuffiness envelops the body and mind, and the skin looks at all this in silence and endures. And if before I saved space in my purse and did not always take a refreshing mist with me, then this summer it firmly settled in all bags (I put the refreshing agent in different ones, so as not to forget for sure). Mist Chanel from my favorite hydrating line, Hydra Beauty, has been helping me out for over a week now. I like that it doesn't have any sweet scent - on the contrary, it is very delicate and fresh. I spray at a distance of 15 cm on the face, décolleté and neck. It contains the active ingredient Camellia, Blue Ginger, derivatives of vitamins C, E and hyaluronic acid. In addition to the fact that the spray refreshes the skin and gives the face a radiance, as a bonus it perfectly moisturizes, releases the desired "water" to the skin in sufficient quantities. The tool can also be used over makeup - it will not float away with it (I talked about my favorite products that do not need makeup with it).

Thermal water for sensitive skin Thermal Spring Water, La Roche-Posay

Tested by BeautyHack Editor Natalia Kapitsa

I am not the most diligent patient of a cosmetologist - I often ignore recommendations for care. But I still learned one beauty lesson: in any incomprehensible situation, use thermal water. I can find a bottle with a cool, "mineral" cocktail everywhere: in my purse, on my desktop, in the car (I can share it with a friend, if anything).

Our love affair with La Roche-Posay began a long time ago, and thermal water is not a newcomer to my beauty line at all. Thermal Spring Water, high in selenium, refreshes, softens and soothes the skin. I can forget my swimsuit going to the beach, but never the thermal water. Before going out into the sun, I put the balloon in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes - the skin then thanks it with a fresh color, no peeling and redness. By the way, Thermal Spring Water perfectly fixes makeup - you can safely spray it on your face, without fear that the mascara will wave your hand and go on a long "voyage" across the face. In addition to selenium, you will find bicarbonate with good antiseptic properties (note for owners of oily skin!) And silicon - an absorbing component with good antioxidant properties.

Mineralizing thermal water Spa, Vichy

Tested by BeautyHack editor Julia Kozoliy

I love this particular thermal water for its delicate spraying and the absence of a sticky layer on the skin. I apply in the car, in the office (including over makeup), on trips and even on a walk - there is no feeling that drops of water are dripping from the skin. For this reason, there is no need to blot the skin with a napkin - the "thermal" dries up in 20 seconds. The legend of this thermal water is also very pleasant: it is mined in the Auvergne region in France, the spring is at a depth of 4000 meters, and a metal bottle is filled with mineral-rich water (and nothing else), which soothes the skin and improves its barrier functions. There are only 15 minerals, the list of which is honestly stated by the manufacturer on the back of the bottle! The effect is noticeable after the first use: the redness from the heat leaves, and the skin is slightly matted and seems to breathe from the inside!

Thermal water Eau Thermale, Uriage

Tested by BeautyHack editorial assistant Karina Ilyasova

Uriage is made from natural isotonic water. Due to its high concentration of mineral elements, it is ideal for skin care. Clinical trials have confirmed that Uriage Thermal Water has moisturizing and anti-inflammatory properties.

I liked that it does not spoil makeup, it is easy to spray, it is available in several formats and, most importantly, it moisturizes well. I try to take it with me everywhere in order to refresh my face whenever possible.

Night mist for detoxification, stimulating the skin regeneration process Brume Revitalisante Mist, Rivoli Geneve

Tested by BeautyHack editorial assistant Karina Ilyasova

The Swiss cosmetic skincare brand Rivoli Geneve is one of the few that differentiates its lines not by skin type, but by problem. And this is important! During the day, we try not to deprive the skin of attention - we put on sunscreen, use thermal water and sprays. Before going to bed, many limit themselves to cleansing and cream. In vain. There are remedies that fight for the health, youth and beauty of the skin while you sleep. Night detox haze is one of them. The main active ingredients in the composition: hyaluronic acid, green tea extract with good antioxidant properties, a complex that protects against UV rays (yes, they can also be found in night remedies!). Among the ingredients you will not find parabens, emulsifiers and other "counterparties" that can cause allergies.

The consistency of the myst is similar to thick water with a delicate aroma. As an experiment, I applied it during the day. After two weeks of regular use, the skin became softer, flaking and redness disappeared. This mist replaced my toner, serum and moisturizer.

Toner-spray for the face Brume Confort, L'occitane

Tested by BeautyHack editorial assistant Karina Ilyasova

If for some reason you do not like or do not like thermal water, a tonic spray from L'Occitane can be an excellent solution (read more about the brand here). I got it with shea - it nourishes and moisturizes well. It is created on an alcohol-free basis, therefore it does not dry the skin - an important quality, especially in summer! Initially I thought that it has only two functions - to refresh and moisturize. But after several tests, I realized: with regular use, the skin looks better - as if it shines from the inside. The tonic provides a "glossy" effect. After this discovery, it firmly settled in my bag - I use it in the same way as thermal water: always and everywhere.

Grape water spray Grape Water, Caudalie

Tested by BeautyHack Senior Editor Anastasia Speranskaya

You are probably familiar with Caudalie's Beauty Elixir, a best-selling spray that can transform even the dull, dry skin into a “juicy peach”. The elixir also has a refreshing "brother" - a spray with real grape water obtained during the harvest. I strongly advise you to carry it with you everywhere this summer - at least that's what I did. On the hottest days, I put the bottle in the refrigerator, and then I enjoy millions of microscopic cool drops - the dispenser turns the water into dust. I also take it to the plane (a volume of 75 ml allows it) - I spray it not on the skin, but around me, so that the air is humidified. And, of course, the spray is indispensable during walks: if the face turns red in the sun, the active ingredients - resveratrol and polysaccharides - will come to the rescue, which instantly soothe the skin. I found grape water and a non-standard application: I fix makeup with it - it turns out a natural radiant finish, as if there was not a single gram of foundation on your face.

Salt moisturizing spray 0.9% Moist Facial Mist, SkinFood

Tested by BeautyHack SMM Manager Alexandra Grishina

SkinFood is one of the most famous Korean brands today. It is already 60 years old, and it is the first company to take food as a basis for its cosmetics. In the manufacture of cosmetics, natural ingredients are used: extracts of fruits and vegetables, minerals and vitamins. Gentle Moisturizing Mist contains a balanced formula based on the purest glacier water and sodium chloride. The spray normalizes the sebaceous glands, tightens pores and has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect. There is no alcohol in the composition, but the spray is rich in ceramides (they are responsible for preventing skin dehydration and wilting), as well as vitamin C. It works for 10 hours without leaving a sticky feeling.

Hence the excellent moisturizing of the skin without feeling sticky and heavy. A 300 ml bottle is unlikely to fit in your purse, but on the desktop or in the bathroom, it will definitely be welcome. I can't appreciate the cost-effectiveness, because I love it with all my heart and I spray generously from head to toe.

Thermal water Eau Thermale, Avène

Tested by BeautyHack editor Daria Sizova

I have dry and sensitive skin. I practice the waterless method of washing, so thermal water is essential as air. This year, the brand released a limited edition miniature (like every year) with symbols of sophistication and feminine beauty, inspired by Japan. The quality of the thermal water remains at the same level. Traditionally, it is extracted from a source located at a depth of 160 meters, and is delivered directly to the vials via a stainless steel water pipeline (this fully guarantees its quality and sterility). I apply water before makeup, after and throughout the day to freshen up!
