New Year is a time for dancing and joy, so make a spectacular eye make-up. It will look great with a mask if you want to get out into the street. To do this, prepare your skin and apply a long-lasting creamy eyeshadow in a neutral shade to your eyelids as a foundation. Line your eyes with liquid eyeliner. Next, put a napkin on the lower eyelid, and on the upper eyelid, apply glitter to the entire movable eyelid. If suddenly a little crumbled under the eyes, use the most common tape to remove them.
