“In my youth, I made a number of beauty mistakes, which I now regret. For example, I shaved off my eyebrows at the edges to draw the ponytails. She also painted her lips with nail polish to keep the color as long as possible,”she admitted in a frank conversation with the editor of WMJ.

Despite the bold experiments and the "heavy" make-up inherent in the profession, the artist managed to maintain healthy skin. She carefully monitors the diet, systematically cares for the skin, and, if possible, turns to a beautician. But not for injections, but a special massage and post-isometric muscle relaxation, which have a similar effect.

Having extensive experience of dieting, Tatyana came to the conclusion that a diet rich in protein foods, as well as a special meal schedule, contribute to weight loss. “For example, after 15:00 it is better not to eat raw vegetables and fruits, and in the evening you can steam the fish. I am not a sweet tooth, so I can do without chocolate or desserts, but until 13:00, I think, you can indulge in sweet or starchy foods,”the star shares. But Kotova considers fried potatoes a delicacy, and allows herself only once every three months.
