MOSCOW, January 28. / TASS /. More than 5 thousand medical workers who help patients with coronavirus in the "red zones" received "Good badges" in Moscow. This was reported on the website of the mayor of the capital.

"The action" Good badges "of the project office" Youth of Moscow "began in May 2020. Volunteers take pictures of medical workers who work in the red zones of hospitals in order to then make personal badges for them. In total, more than 5 thousand such badges were given to doctors during the action.", - the message says.

As the chairman of the committee for public relations and youth policy Yekaterina Dragunova, whose words are quoted in the material, noted, Moscow has rallied during the pandemic: a large number of caring people and volunteer actions have appeared.

“I think it is very important to maintain such a mood, and the Kind Badges project is a good example of such continuous activity. We launched it last spring and do not plan to stop it. There are still many hospitals in Moscow, where even seemingly such little attention, as badges, very necessary, she said.

This week "good badges" were handed over to the doctors of the V. M. Buyanov City Clinical Hospital and the L. I. Sverzhevsky Research Clinical Institute of Otorhinolaryngology.

Volunteer photographers work in the clean area of hospitals during the shift of doctors. Then they process the pictures and send them to print for the production of badges. They differ in color: red for doctors, blue for nurses and nurses, green for orderlies. Finished badges with ribbons are sent to hospitals.
