The governor of the Oryol region, Andrei Klychkov, explained to Gazeta.ru why he tried to shame the girl for going to bars, who asked for help to her sick parents.

The head of the Russian region noted that life today is extremely public and open, including through the Internet resources, you can see "who, where and how walks." He admitted that sometimes, perhaps, "it is not entirely correct for people to tell what to do, but the picture of life is sometimes also visible."

Klychkov said he was ready to apologize for his words when the incident is completely settled. He added that he personally figured out the situation with the provision of medical assistance to the girl's parents. As a result, the doctors came to the sick the next day after their treatment, they did not reveal the coronavirus.

A local resident recorded a video message to Klychkov, in which she complained that her parents with suspected COVID-19 were not provided with medical assistance. "When your parents are sick, maybe you shouldn't go to bars?" - said the governor, attaching a photo from her Instagram page, in which she is captured with cocktails.
