A decree "On the distribution of powers" was published on the website of the regional administration. The changes are taking place for good purposes, namely "in order to optimize and improve the activities of the executive bodies of state power."
So, from the document it follows that from the Committee of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Kursk Region, authority should be transferred to licensing the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap, non-ferrous metals and licensing control over the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap, non-ferrous metals committee of natural resources of the Kursk region.
Since the powers have changed, then the people, respectively. Now the staffing of the committee of natural resources of the region will increase by 3 units, the resolution specifies: 1 - the head of the department, 1 - the consultant and 1 - the leading specialist-expert. And in the committee for industry, trade and entrepreneurship, it is reduced by the same 3 units (3 - consultant).
