The Ostankino court of Moscow received materials from the criminal case on the abduction and murder of the Ukrainian crime boss Yuriy Vasilenko
On January 10 last year, not far from a cafe on Prospekt Mira in the Russian capital, unknown persons opened fire, and then, pushing the victim into the trunk, fled. Soon the police managed to detain a suspect in organizing the murder, he turned out to be a kuryan. Later, two other members of the Kursk criminal group were arrested and charged with a similar charge of causing grievous bodily harm. When the investigation of the case was completed, the materials were transferred to the Ostankino court of the capital.
In Kiev, Yuri Vasilenko, in turn, was the main person involved in the murder of former State Duma deputy Denis Voronenkov, who was hiding in Ukraine.
