Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton shared her dietary habits. Michelle Samuels, director of London's Stockwell Garden kindergarten, told today.com that Kate discussed her favorite foods with her children.

The Duchess shared that her own children love apples and cereals in the morning. Middleton named papaya her favorite fruit.

It became known that the Duchess starts her day with cabbage, spinach, romaine lettuce and blueberry juice. She also likes to eat oatmeal for breakfast. Her husband Prince William, in turn, prefers roast, but with black bread. He announced this back in 2009 in an interview with The Telegraph.

Once, Kate shared with the British TV presenter, chef Mary Berry, that Prince William cooked all kinds of dishes during his university years. “I think that's when he tried to impress me. He made bolognese sauce and the like,”said Keith.

As for Prince Charles' habits, the 72-year-old prefers a soft-boiled egg for breakfast.

Previously, Kate Middleton's shopping list for her children was revealed. It's no secret that from the first days of life, kids are surrounded by the luxury of Kensington Palace. However, the media published a shopping list of titled parents, which included only the essentials.
