Employees of the Kursk Quality Control Center made a test purchase of bread in several outlets of the regional center
The action is held jointly with the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Kursk region, as well as the public organization "Defender of Consumer Rights". Having walked through several shops in Kursk, the specialists selected 13 of the most popular varieties of local bakery producers.
In a special laboratory, the samples will be tested for acidity, moisture, organoleptic properties, porosity and, in general, for compliance with GOST.
The results of the study are planned to be summed up next week. The results will be sent to manufacturers, Rospotrebnadzor and trade enterprises.
