This was discussed on Tuesday, October 20, during a meeting of the operational headquarters to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the Kursk region
As early as Monday, as originally planned, schools in the region will go on autumn holidays. At the same time, early dissolution has already been avoided, although, judging by the comments on social networks, not all parents were happy with this. The issue of extending the holidays was discussed in detail at a meeting of the operational headquarters. As the Deputy Governor of the Kursk Region Alexander Churkin noted, today work is proceeding in a normal, in general, mode: the territories are being processed, the temperature is checked, and the mask mode is observed. There is no need to talk about the need for widespread withdrawal of children to distance learning. However, given the increase in the number of cases among minors, it was decided to lengthen the autumn holidays. For Kursk schoolchildren, they will last from October 26 to November 8.
Additional decisions will be made depending on the situation.
