An awkward situation for the regional komzdrav arose due to the fact that part of the medical staff of the Shchigrovskaya Central Regional Hospital combines positions. Therefore, it turned out that the Kurds received incentive bonuses not only for the main, but also for the additional position, which already contradicts the decree of the Russian government, according to which funds from the federal budget were allocated for this purpose.
The blame for the oversight may lie with the head physician of the district hospital.
It is reported that in other medical institutions of the Kursk region, a similar situation has not yet been repeated.
