A young-looking woman from West Sussex, England, who has three grown children, described her ways to preserve her beauty and attractiveness. Her words are quoted by the Daily Mail.

Gemma Bourne, 55, said she drinks two liters of water every day to stay hydrated. In addition, the mother of many children carefully cares for the skin of the body and regularly uses a nourishing face serum. To relieve tension and relax after a hard day, she lights candles and takes a bath.

The Briton considers an active lifestyle to be another secret of "eternal youth". She does yoga daily, including online workouts on the Zoom platform. She also plays tennis three or four times a week.

According to her, many women become nondescript after 50 years. “It's so important to have fun, and bright colors [in clothes] can boost self-confidence. The secret is to find a shade that will highlight your appearance. I have olive complexion and dark hair, so fresh shades like lemon or hot pink work well for me,”she explained.

Earlier, the "forever young" resident of Great Britain revealed the secret of her unfading beauty. 56-year-old Netta Hubball, a mother of four grown children, goes in for sports twice a week under the guidance of a personal trainer. She believes that her love of shopping also helps her stay attractive.
