According to the insurance companies AOK and Barmer, inpatient treatment for coronavirus in Germany costs an average of 10.7 thousand euros. The relevant information was published in the newspaper Welt am Sonntag. More than 26 million people use AOK services in the country, about 9 million people are insured in Barmer.
